PRODUCTS
Since the beginning of Banquet Workshop we have endeavoured to keep everything as local as possible. Our cards are printed in Vancouver, 20 minutes away from our studio by the nicest guy in the business. Our prints are screen printed in Burnaby. T-shirts, caps and calendars are local too.
Our linen is the only exception, printed in Montreal at one of the last places in Canada with the capabilities to produce screen printed yardage, then sewn into linens, pillows and dresses here in Vancouver.
Orders
If you've already submitted your order and would like to add more or change something, send us an email at info@banquetworkshop.com and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.
An order can only be cancelled if it isn’t been shipped.
If your shipping address was entered incorrectly please get in touch ASAP so we can change. If order has already shipped it is buyers responsibility.
We accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, MasterCard, Visa and Amex for order payment.
If you are looking for something you’ve seen somewhere else but can’t find on our site it is worth emailing us atinfo@banquetworkshop.com. We may have sold out or be in the process of reprinting that product.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from our studio in Vancouver, Canada.
Estimated production time for processing orders is 1-3 days. Depending on where you live, shipping time will vary.
We ship using Canada Post, UPS and USPS.
We ship from Vancouver, BC, Canada. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred from shipping on International orders.
Yes!If you would like to pick up locally please select Local Pickup in the shipping section of your order. We have a storefront on busy Granville Island and re open Wednesday through Saturday noon to 5.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns. We are happy to exchange for store credit if you are not happy with your item. Contact us to arrange. Return shipping is buyer’s responsibility. No returns or exchangesaccepted without prior arrangements.
We endeavour to check everything we ship for damages. If in the rare case you receive something that is damaged please let us know ASAP and we will remedy the situation.
Yes we sell gift cards in $25, $50 and $100 amounts. Redeemable in our shop online and in person.
Wholesale
Yes we do! To open an account with us please send an email to info@bnquetworkshop.com. We would love to know your location and a description of your store. We also sell on Faire.
Wholesale Accounts
To become a wholesale customer you must complete the following steps:
- Send an email to orders@banquetworkshop.com with 'Wholesale Registration' as the subject line. Please write about your shop and where it is located.

Wholesale Online Shopping and Pricing
Our opening order minimum is $200. Subsequent re-orders are minimum $150.
If you already have a wholesale account with us, log in to see wholesale prices reflected sitewide. If you do not yet have a wholesale account please see above.
Yes! With the exception of Framed prints, the entire site is available to our wholesale customers. If you are logged in, all products will automatically be shown at their wholesale cost. Framed prints are available to retail customers only.

If you are looking for something you see in our physical catalog, we may have sold out or be in the process of reprinting that product since the latest print of the catalog. Best practice is to send us an email with the products you are looking for, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Placing a wholesale order
To begin the order process, sign in to your account and start filling your cart. If you prefer to see all products at once please click Quick Order and all products will be displayed.
If your order has not reached our required minimum cart total, you will not be able to complete a wholesale order. If this is your first order, make sure your cart total is at least $200 USD. If you've ordered before, your cart must contain at least $150 USD worth of product.

Estimated production time for processing orders is 2-3 days.
The email we send you with your invoice will have a payment button in it. Click it, login in to your Banquet workshop account, and enter your payment details.
We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and Amex for order payment.
Sorry, no, we do not do consignment orders.
Wholesale Shipping
Shipping is based on the size and weight of the packed box containing your order, and your location. We ship Canada Post Expedited parcel, USPS or UPS with tracking from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Don't hesitate to email us with questions about the shipping cost of your order!
No, we do not drop ship at this time.
Orders are shipped from our studio in Vancouver, Canada.

PRIVACY POLICY
All information gathered for your order is confidential. Emails re only sent with order confirmation and shipping notice. We send marketing emails only to those who signed up for our newsletter. Your info will never be sold.
