CHIPS & DIP Is there anything better? We have a dear friend who serves an incredible homemade onion dip. Alongside a bowl of salty crispy chips with a cold glass of wine, it is total perfection!

Julie's World Famous Onion Dip
(Loose recipe dictated over the phone)

Start with slicing a medium to large onion. Feel free to also add any other oniony item like a leek, shallot, or scallion. Fry in butter until caramelised, being careful not to burn. Once golden and smelling delicious, remove from heat and chop finely.
Mix in half sour cream and half full fat greek yogurt. Add salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, chopped herbs, chives, green onions or whatever your heart desires.

Serve with your favourite plain or ripple chip and enjoy!
